This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the laws of England and Wales in respect of any dispute or difference between them arising out of this Agreement.
General
Your use of this site is your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. You may print these terms and conditions for your future reference. When you place an order through our website you assure us that you are able to enter into a legally binding contract and that you are over 18 years old.
Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you to the email address you use when you register or purchase goods from Blakeworth. Keep your confirmation safe as it contains information pertinent to your order and payment in the event that you have any queries. If there is a query relating to your order then you can email or telephone quoting your unique order ID number on your order confirmation. We will contact you via email or telephone if we have any queries regarding your order or payment.
Every effort will be made to supply goods exactly as illustrated on the website however there may be situations where substitutions have to made in order to fulfil the order. Representations of colour cannot be guaranteed due to reasons of lighting, photography, floral inconsistencies and variations in computer displays. Price and/or description alterations and edits to these terms and conditions may be made at any time at our discretion.
Fulfillment and delivery
In the event that your selected order cannot be fulfilled you will be refunded in full. Compensation claims for will not be considered any other losses for whatever reason. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If delivery is delayed for over seven days you may cancel the order and we will issue a refund. If products are obviously wrongly priced on the website we are not obliged to sell at a lower price.
Goods will be delivered on the selected/stated date whenever possible but goods may be subject to delays through availability or for other transport reasons outside of our control. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of incorrect or failed delivery.
Delivery will be made the next day if the order is placed on our website by 2.30pm. Standard delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday deliveries are liable to a £10 surcharge. We do not deliver on Sundays. If the recipient is absent to accept the delivery, the delivery will be made to the nominated alternative where possible and a card will be left indicating where the goods have been left. If no safe place is available to leave the flowers, the driver will take the goods to the depot and leave a card explaining how the goods may be recovered. Responsibility for goods is that of the purchaser once delivery has been made or attempted unless damage occurs from our negligence.
Any damaged or faulty goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email or telephone quoting the unique order confirmation number.
