Next day delivery
In the event that your selected order cannot be fulfilled you will be refunded in full. Compensation claims for will not be considered any other losses for whatever reason. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If delivery is delayed for over seven days you may cancel the order and we will issue a refund. If products are obviously wrongly priced on the website we are not obliged to sell at a lower price.
Goods will be delivered on the selected/stated date whenever possible but goods may be subject to delays through availability or for other transport reasons outside of our control. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of incorrect or failed delivery.
Delivery will be made the next day if the order is placed on our website by 2.30pm. Standard delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday deliveries are liable to a £10 surcharge. We do not deliver on Sundays. If the recipient is absent to accept the delivery, the delivery will be made to the nominated alternative where possible and a card will be left indicating where the goods have been left. If no safe place is available to leave the flowers, the driver will take the goods to the depot and leave a card explaining how the goods may be recovered. Responsibility for goods is that of the purchaser once delivery has been made or attempted unless damage occurs from our negligence.
Any damaged or faulty goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email or telephone quoting the unique order confirmation number.
